Day 1: Pick up at Tan Son Nhat Airport –Hotel – Saigon bynight (-/-/D)

            Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat Airport, Tour guide & van pick up and transfer to hotel, Check in (14:00) and free time till 17:45 – Tour guide and private Car pick you up at hotel, take you quick look how busy of economic city on the way to the water puppet show, where is traditional culture and quintessence  art meeting through daily activities of vietnamese people as one of the high light of Vietnamese arts .(Shows are performed entirely in Vietnamese which is not a problem for the visiting tourist as the puppet gestures are obvious enough to keep the audience enthralled. The musicians are often positioned to one side of the stage adding in sound effects and songs as the people-styled puppets, dragons, fairies and other ornamental figures dance across the stage)

After the show, you will be take to your cruise dock where you will board your cruise on the Saigon River where you will enjoy a delicious dinner and see Saigon by night.

Once dinner is finished you will disembark the cruise and be taken back to your hotel where your tour concludes approximately 10pm. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City

Day 2: Cu Chi Tunnels and Cao Dai Temple full day (B/L/-)

        7:30AM – This morning you will be picked up by your tour guide and private car from your hotel and depart to Cu Chi Tunnels 44mi (70 km).

First stop is an exciting visit to the legendary Cu Chi Tunnels, here you will see some of the most intense battles areas during the Vietnam War. Explore the underground base of the resistance fighters and the intricate network of over 124mi (200km) of the tunnels.

Next, continue to Tay Ninh, this is the headquarters for the religion of Cao Dai, you’ll visit the Grand Temple of the Cao Dai Holy. You can learn more about this fascinating religion by observing the noon ceremony.

Enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant before heading back by bus to you hotel, where your tour will finish at approximately 5:30pm. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City

Day 3: Ho Chi Minh City – My tho – Cai Be Homestay(B/L/D)

            This morning, 8:30AM – your tour guide and private car will pick you up at your hotel and depart for My Tho City, the Capital of Tien Giang (Front River) province. Once here, you’ll take a boat ride over to Unicorn Island, one of the four lucky islands.

On this island you will see daily activities of the local people along tributaries of river and enjoy some typical produces of the Mekong Delta such as tropical candies, fresh fruits (depend on the season) and enjoy folk song.

Next, enjoy a ride on hand–rowing sampans that will take you along the small canals. You will enjoy a stop to try your hand at making coconut candy. Next, you will be taken in a horse-drawn carriage to the village’ s roads and taken to a local restaurant where you will enjoy a delicious lunch of local specialties like Tai Tuong fried fish, spring rolls, and fresh shrimp.

After lunch, enjoy a short walk on the village’s trail which will lead you past local houses, you will stop at one local house where you can taste fresh coconut milk at coconut garden with short coconut trees so you can pick yourself.

Head back along the trail and on the way back, visit Vinh Trang Pagoda. Then continue to Cai Be, have dinner and spend a night at locals’ house. Ba Duc Ancient house – Homestay

Day 4: Cai Be Floating Market – Ho Chi Minh City (B/L/-)

            After breakfast, Boat pick up & will bring you to visit “Ba Kiet” Ancient house, visit local garden where you can see daily activities of the local peoples like makings rice-paper; coconut-candy; rice pop corn…

Then to see Cai Be Floating Market at noisy section of the river with too many buyers and sellers bargaining and exchanging from their boat.

Next, visit a local garden where you’ll enjoy fresh fruit, honey tea and folk song.. pick fresh fruit by yourself and cycling around village about 30 minutes. Then, climb aboard a hand–rowing sampan, that will take you along the small canals.

Stop at the river view restaurant. here you can have a stroll in the orchard before sitting down and enjoying a delicious lunch.

After lunch, cruise along river to see peaceful tranquil life of villagers, more admire marvelous natural to Mekong Delta region. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City

Day 5: Ho Chi Minh – Vung Tau Beach (B/L/-)

            This morning, 8:00AM – tour guide and private van pick you up at the your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City and drive to Vung Tau via immense rubber and scenic rice fields. Arriving at the beautiful Vung Tau beach We visit Niet Ban Tinh Xa, Nirvana Meditation Retreat and Thich Ca Phat Dai, a Buddhist Shrine, French-built Light House. We have lunch at a local restaurant – your lunch in Vung Tau is guaranteed to be special. And delicious!  Afternoon, visit Giant Jesus and have swimming at Vung Tau prime beach. Return to your hotel in the late afternoon. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City

Day 6: Cooking Class and City tour (B/L/-)

            In the morning, Chef and driver pick you up at the hotel at 8:15 AM. Prepare to visit colorful market to get some foods for your hands on cooking class (Ben Thanh Market)

Then take you to Mai Home Sai Gon Culinary Art Center, the Vietnamese professional chefs will tell you some things about Vietnamese’s kitchen and culinary culture before cooking time.

Having lunch with the dishes made by yourself. Some questions from the Chiefs to make sure you are understand and remember every steps for cooking before you can get certificate and some presents from them.

            Continuing your exiting  tour, you depart and set off on a historical and culture tour of Vietnam’s largest city. The Reunification Palace – on April 30th, 1975, what the Vietnamese refer to as the ‘American War’ officially ended when tank number 843 of the North Vietnamese Army crashed through the gates of what was, at the time, the residence of the President of the Republic of Vietnam

War Remnants Museum – formerly known as the Museum of American War Crimes is a poignant display of the futility of war. Some of the black and white photography in the ‘Requiem’ exhibit is particularly touching and is dedicated to both foreign and Vietnamese journalists and photographers who perished during the conflict.

Notre Dam Cathedral and General Post Office were built around 1877 and 1883 respectively. These two iconic buildings are fine examples of French colonial architecture. Remarkably every stone used in the building of the Notre Dam Cathedral was shipped from France to Vietnam. The Old Post Office is also the country’s largest post office.

Finally, visit to “Ngoc Hoang” pagoda,  After the tour you’ll be dropped back at your hotel. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City

Day 7: Ho Chi Minh – Transfer to the airport (B/-/-)

         We have a relaxing and shopping day until check out (12:00). Private car pick you up and bring you to the airport. End of services – Southern Viet Nam discovery
